Inadequate sinage made it difficult to visually locate the property while driving.

The room was dirty!

It was well kept and the service was really nice!

Very accommodating staff. We arrived early and they allowed us to check into our room. Very much appreciated. Location is great - right in historic downtown! Walking distance from Southern Utah Univ. Only stayed one night, and the price was appropriate for a one-night stay in a clean room. Strong WiFi. Down sides: very dated, needs new carpet, AC/Heating units, tub/shower, and furnishings. No where in the room to plug in charging cords for phones!!! Weird lighting set-up for bathroom/sink area - one light switch turned on the lights to both the outer sink vanity area and the smaller toilet/tub space; no fan to air out shower steam.

Comfortable and clean

The room was very clean, the beds were a bit hard for my liking, but comfortable enough. The check-in was friendly and kind even though we got in pretty late. We will definitely come again.

It's a nice clean place. Everything worked perfectly. I stayed in mid November so amenities were limited (no breakfast or coffee in the lobby) not many people staying here at that time. The Diner down the street is very good and a good bargain too!
