Roaches Stinky Lobby Roaches in my kitchen and bathroom.wantrd to leave instantly but we used nothing only slept we were tired and needed sleep..As soon as sun was up we left and went to better hotel to get good rest and a shower in clean environment

I was not able to get the TV to go to the channel I wanted

It was in a good location

No garbage cans nor elevators. It wasn’t a bad place but the hotel could get some touch up to it

Could improve the cleaning and the facilities, there are a couple of things broken. The carpet was disgusting and the blankets had a weird smell. It’s good just to stay one night while traveling by car somewhere and you need to rest for one night and continue your trip.

The staff was nice , I just had to clean the room up in order to feel comfortable and the bugs but, I had my own bug spray so, it worked for a while and I’d say the hallway carried and odd smell, once again.. the staff was very friendly but, the rooms needed to be updated.

Other than the bed being clean there was nothing to great to say about this property.

It wasn’t very clean to being with, my husband and I had to stay here overnight because we were visiting with our daughter and her little family. If we had to stay here more than one night I would’ve be livid. When we first got to the property we first noticed a group of me sitting around a bbq grill out side barbecuing then there were a bunch of me hanging out front and around the property which made me super uncomfortable. There was one man sitting out front what I could tell possibly smoking god knows what coughing loudly, while hawking loogies & spitting all over while staring at my husband and I as we gathered our things from our vehicle. We walk into the hotel where it was poorly lit and no one at the front desk when we walked in. We walked around for a moment trying to figure out how to check in. A woman who was sitting on a small couch just up the steps told us we had to got out side the front door to call to get someone to come down, which I thought was ridiculous. When we got into our room we were hit with an unusual smell that we could quite put our finger on but since it was already about 8:30 or 9 pm we both said we could get past the smell. As we began to get settled I noticed candy on the floor which we hadn’t brought, hair all over the place, one of the night stands had a piece broken off and on the floor, the table for the kitchenette was drooping in the middle so we didn’t place anything on it afraid it would completely collapse. Hair, mold, and dirt in the bathtub. I could continue to go on and on but it just wasn’t worth the $106 we spent on that room at all. So disappointing and I will definitely make sure no one we know stays at this place at all.

The front desk staff is top notch! They are very attentive, fast and efficient. Number on in my book. They made sure that my "Extended Stay" was a good one!

Close to hospital with easy drive.
