Got place for daughter to not reside on the streets of St. Louis Mo her neighbors were murdered Nextdoor to her after about a week of residing here. Cops everywhere double murder so out of fear I put her on a bus out of state to keep Her Safe.. mold and blood stains on walls from prior ppl staying deaths!

The staff needs to stop treating ppl like it a prison or psych ward. It’s a hotel full of homeless ppl and travelers supposed to be peaceful but instead u gotta have anxiety everyday worrying about someone banging on ur door or shoving their way in ur room. I went to another extended stay and I immediately felt safe and at peace. The only person im grateful for is the manager Amberlin. She was an angel.

I payed for an entire month. They give you one thing towel and a piece of a rag to use for your entire stay. The bed is like a pillow case on monkey bars. The tubs look nasty. The room smells awful and the AC’s air stinks. They don’t have WIFI that you can use. Cops are here almost every single day. This place gave someone my room while my belongings were in there then said they don’t what happen and it’s nothing they can do, until I called the police on them. Then, they came up with a big lie. Don’t go here
