It was an awful experience. We got kicked out not even being there for a full 24 hrs . They charged us 300 dollars for a pet deposit then said we lied about having 3 dogs . They got paid in full and then some and still kicked us out . Cockroaches were in the cupboard. All in all I don't appreciate not having my booking help is during a difficult time in traveling as we were already dealing with a funeral . My booking needs to do better for their paying customers . I am very unhappy with the abrupt stay and no response back from my booking and out money for no reason. No stars given and a review will be spoken.

I had just lost my husband 4 days earlier and I was having a few people stop by for condolences. I had alerted the staff of such yet they put me out in the middle of the evening due to receiving a few guests.
