"great value for money, great host and great stay"

the hosts communication was exceptional... any small hiccups, they were handled immediatly , it was close to the security gates to catch busses to tulum and it was 7 min walk to town (via the pickelball lane short cut)

shower towels were terrible material... were soon replaced with pool towels which were good..

The owner is really reactive and wants to help if a problem arises. The location is great. A short walk from the beach and the different restaurants and activities. I recommend!

Have to warn those looking for 5 star luxury - this property is closer to basics. No extra towels, no beach towels. But what is provided - clean and in good condition. This place is perfectly organized and functional. Communications are timely, perfect responsiveness and everything working. The location is ideal . For my wife and I this accommodation was ideal and perfect. Everything clean, working while simple.

La cama muy dura, encontramos vaso sucio en la cocina, fue incomodo tener que estar prendiendo el aire acondicionado cada que se abria la puerta de acceso a la habitación;
