The property was nice. The only negatives were the construction next door mean you couldn't really stay at the property for long and the pool needed more chlorine as it was always cloudy

The location is excellent! The host is incredibly kind and responsive. It is a great little place for the price.

The bed was really uncomfortable.

The room we booked had a full equipped kitchen with all utensils, plates, hot plate, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. There is an easy walk to all restaurants and OXO store. We enjoyed the lobby seating directly outside our room door, where we could sit and read. The owners were nice and helpful.

Although the bed was King size, it is extremely hard and uncomfortable. The wood chairs in the kitchen are heavy and hard; some lightweight woven plastic patio chairs would have been more comfortable. No beach towels, chairs or umbrella provided.

Very basic and worked out well. Have stayed in Puerto Adventuras previously in more of a B&B so thought I’d try an apartment. Initially, the key situation was an issue ,however, the contact person, Sonia, was quick to resolve the issue.

When checking the info regarding this property on your site, I do not recall any mention of the process that followed regarding a stand alone self check in or obtaining a key: being asked to download an app to get the key box code.
