Perfekte Lage zur City, gute Verkehrsanbindung, gutes Frühstück

Dunkler Eingangsbereich (Lobby), nostalgisches Ambiente, teilweise unmotiviertes Personal (die Studenten sind motivierter als die Festangestellten), die Straßenbahnen sind sehr laut zu hören (dafür kann das Hotel nichts), teure Tiefgarage (24h für 25€)

Das Zimmer war riesig. Ich habe mich die ganze Zeit über, sehr wohl gefühlt. Badezimmer mit Wc, war auch sehr Groß und sauber. Wasser stand bereit, was auch nicht selbstverständlich ist

Ich war vom Personal ziemlich enttäuscht. Ich hatte bevor ich angekommen bin, eine Anfrage zu einem früheren Check in bekommen. Dort angekommen, sagte ich das ich gerne einchecken möchte. Darauf meinte die Frau am Empfang sehr schnippisch, das der Check In, erst in einer Stunde sei. Ich erklärte ihr dann, das ich eine Anfrage mit Bestätigung bekommen habe. Keine Entschuldigung, kein Sorry
