I liked how close it was to our concert venue at Jiffy Lube Live. Made going to VA for a show easy

There is NO option for free parking. At all. You have to pay the $23 to park in their garage.

The staff were great. The room was clean but needs renovation. The restaurant was not customer friendly. E.g. The menu says eggs your way but when I asked for an omelette the waitess said "We can do that". The parking structure was not clean (ie. Elevator, and stairs).

"Wonderful place but shuttle doesn't run after 8 PM"

Staff was wonderful. It had the usual high quality of services seen at the Marriott brand. It was very clean and quiet.

The shuttle doesn't run after 8 PM, so I had to take a taxi. This may be on their website but not on the Booking website. Otherwise, it is a wonderful place and a lot less expensive for the quality of service and hotel. The breakfast is not free although I was offered a comp breakfast. The breakfast is a coffee bar with a limited selection and no real quiet sit down area. There is a wonderful bakery across the street that is probably the best I've ever been to with great coffee, pasteries, all at a reasonable cost.

Staff friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle convenient and perk. Reason for the stay. Only issue is their server was down and I could not have a key to come and go as I pleased to the room. Had to be escorted for staff to open your door.
