La incomodidad del sofá cama y la alfombra que le falta una buena limpieza. Solicité una habitación para 2 personas discapacitadas y nos la dieron muy lejos del elevador.

The place is clean and alot of trees. Parking is easy and free. The beds are nice and comfy. (Except the pillows) the breakfast was great. The staff was nice and helpful. Overall a pleasant stay. I would recommend to stay here.

The two things I didn't like are; the pillows are so small and the AC in the room is loud. The BIG safety concern i have is the shower tub is very slippery and very easy to fall. I had to hold on to the handle while I shower.

Good rooms and bathroom

Did not like big price increase because of the gem show.

The room was big, clean but i would have appreciated a compliementary bottle of water especially for those arriving from a long journey. The bed very comfortable and i loved the view of the sunset from this room. It was marvellous.

No compliementary water in the rooms

The room was big and spacious, it was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We loved that it had a fridge, microwave and a kind of walk-in closet. We like and used the gym in the evening but didnt have time for the pool.at

I didn't like the fact that there were no compliementary water in the rooms on arrival and throughout our stay.

The room was quiet big and spacious. It had all we needed....fridge, microwave. The beds were very comfortable. The compliementary evening cocktails was brilliant. Even though, i didn't have time to use the pool, i could see other guest enjoying a swin.

Breakfast had many choices and was very good.
