Room was a nice size & clean. Breakfast was good & friendly helpful staff. Good bar & friendly bar staff

Das Frühstück war phänomenal es gab wirklich alles und alles von top Qualität. Die Betten top die Lage war top. Also ein echt schönes Hotel!

Das es keine Sauna oder Pool gab :)

The staff was incredibly helpful and the service was top notch. It is a really nice hotel with lovely large rooms and good comfort. The breakfast was a bit expensive for the quality, but the rest was really nice.

The wonderful location in the heart of Hamburg was by far the best aspect of this hotel. The main square and the upmarket shopping streets were a few meters away with lots of restaurants, bakeries and cafes everywhere. Reception was very helpful in booking taxis, recommending restaurants and sorting out the additional room we had booked. A little shop on the hotel to get basics like water extra coffee capsules etc..

Housekeeping was hit and miss, We got a room on the 1st floor directly overlooking the parking lot which was not ideal. Coffee capsules were not replenished daily, and no shelf in the shower to put your own personal toiletries. Hallway carpets had a bit of a smell. Tape on the carpets to cover wires or a tear? A bit of a refresh is needed in the general areas.

My flight was delayed, I arrived at 3am. The room was ready for me, after a quick check in. The location was great, close enough to the Ironman start point. The room was big and had everything I needed.

I don’t like bathtub. I didn’t know that I can ask for a room without it.

Die Menschen,die dort für das Gästewohl verantwortlich sind. Die Lage ,die Einrichtung,der Service Die netten Menschen an der Bar,die meine Wünsche schon im voraus zu erkennen schienen. Ich habe wieder wunderbar geschlafen,und mein Aufenthalt war trotz privater Anstrengungen in diesem Hotel wunderbar. Komme ich wieder???? Keine Frage .Jaaaa.
