Świetna lokalizacja i piękny widok z pokoju

We liked the central location and near to the waterfront. We were able to walk to the museums and attractions in Stockholm.

Our room was small and the bathroom especially small with no space between wash basin and toilet. On one occasion, we had to ring housekeeping for towels and drinking glasses, which had not been provided when room was serviced. There was a small refrigerator in the room but it didn’t work. When I asked one of the receptionists if it could be fixed , she said it was not there, meaning that the fridges were being removed and would only be available in the suites. On a positive note , I should like to say that one of the housekeeping team was very helpful, when I was feeling unwell , brought me a glass of water and enquired if I needed a doctor. This was greatly appreciated.

Raňajky veľmi dobré.

Vraj hotel 5*. Bez bidetu. Fľakaté kreslo. Najhroznejšia najmàkkšia posteľ, museli mi dať dosku do postele. Vraj sa to deje častejšie.
