Room was dirty, sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed, tub & shower liner were stained

The staff was nice

The rooms were filthy, there was BLOOD on the bathroom door and closet door frame, there was no iron, no hair dryer, there was mold around the tub, the medical bars were not secure, your little snack bar are was almost empty, your items laid out for breakfast should not be called a breakfast. No owner and No manager available to talk with about our problems. A refund is definitely due on this stay, you really should update your Hotel not even one USB port anywhere in the room. Quit being cheap and do some updates, now do the refund.

Dirty, urine smell, ceiling was falling, tub rusted and dirty, and terrible breakfast!! Skip the place!

This hotel room was nasty. The floor was slanted. There was mold on the was and floor. The entire room smelled like a musty basement. The shower was also disgusting. I had to stand on a towel in the shower because I didn’t have shower shoes and I didn’t want to have my feet touch the tub. Additionally after I finished my shower I noticed pink mold covering the shower head. I would have left and just cut my losses but I was exhausted after driving 8 hours and it was already late.

This hotel is absolutely horrid. We haven’t even slept here yet and are already beyond disgusted. I hate that we have a non-refundable rate and can’t get our money back. The drawers in the dresser are broken, toilet doesn’t flush, bed sheets are wrinkled, elevator smells like marijuana and there is a musty feel in the hotel. Absolutely disgusting. Do not stay here.

Better Cleanliness. The pool amenity should be taken off. It’s almost like a swamp water. I wouldn’t recommend anyone swim in the pool.
