USOur reservation was denied. We were not assisted in any way. They claimed they had no knowledge of our reservation. They did not assist in any way. However they did charge us for a stay. Do I went to them and explained in no uncertain terms how unacceptable this was. They did return the charge. Incompetence? Lack of training? Doesn't matter, it was the worst service ever. Ultimately they blamed it on Booking.Com entering my name wrong.

USThe food was delicious! It was skillfully prepared with an accompanying fresh fruit cup that actually had very fresh fruit. The service was also excellent - highly experienced servers.
