BOUSUSUSFirst I was to get a king bed and I got a queen bed. The room was on the 6th floor and key did not work and they said only one key. Had to get another set. Then no remote for the tv and was told I would get one in the morning. I was leaving the next morning at 7:30. After 40 minutes I received one but it did not work either Morning staff was great

Parking garage is terrible for handicap person.should have some acomadition for handicap on entry level.staff seemed of no help when asked about parking, did not receive parking ticket weaver from desk parking attending said they don't often give them?
