"Excellent except for hotel parking for guests."

Room and furnishings were excellent. Comfortable. I appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport.

Parking was clunky. Getting out was confusing and took up time. Stop charging your guests to park and the problem would be solved. Next guests will have to pay to use your restrooms. I'll give you an F for parking.

"Okay for one night but try somewhere else first"

Property is a mixed bag. Upon arrival the vast entrance and atrium lobby are impressive, employee at check in and check out was friendly and helpful. Room was just okay. I inspected the mattress and sheets, fortunately both were clean with no hairs and mattress slept great. Bathroom appeared clean and towels were great. Where the room fell short is there was a lot of small stains on the carpet, curtains and chair which I realize are difficult to clean without stripping the room. In addition, a drinking glass provided in room had an obvious residue yet was turned upside down with others at the ice bucket (was never cleaned) this grossed me out. As I left the next morning, I observed the atrium lobby with glass ceiling had more leaks than a pasta strainer. I arrived late and never went to the pool. If I had to guess the property was constructed in the 1980's. This hotel is not inheritably bad but there is a Marriott across the street with somewhat better reviews and the exterior looks much more inviting. I did eat breakfast onsite, not exorbitantly overpriced, food and service was great.

"Best Airport Hotel"

Rooms are spacious, staff is really friendly, the restaurant (Cecilia's I believe) was great. They have an airport shuttle which makes things easier. Cleanliness on point.

all around very good experience. very nice staff, from the front desk to restaurant. breakfast was the best! i enjoyed it and will return if i am back in the area
