"I really like the place and enjoyed the stay"

room is very clean, quite & comfortable staff are amazing, in restaurant, in room service, in the coffeeshop & the reception (especially Ms. Noura) location is great, the hotel design itself is luxury style, loved it

I didn't like that the stay has to come to end, I wish I had more time

Very clean , luxury hotel.

Location is not the best , uber is very accessible but if you want proximity this isn’t the best but in terms of comfort and cleanliness good stay for Madinah.

الإفطار ليس ممتاز ولكن دون المستوي

أشياء كثيره الحمامات والدش غير جيد الاتصال مع الاستقبال لا يعمل بشكل جيد والرد متاخر جدا. لا يوجد مغسله ملابس بعد الساعه ٥ الاضاءه غير جيده. لا يوجد فتحات كهرباء كافيه بجانب السرير
