The desk agent immediately granted a discounted price, due to our Expedia rate being higher than the hotel's. The room was spacious and well stocked with amenities. Breakfast was great!

Check in was easy and convenient. Rooms were clean and updated. Great workout facility. Normal hotel breakfast. All and all a good hotel.

The refrigerator in the rooms could be set a little better. There was a 2 hour cold button so when we were gone all day the refrigerator would turn off a few would only have our food kept cold while we were there and remembered to turn it back on

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a young lady named Adelita. Despite her young age, she had the excellent interpersonal skills of a mature lady. She immediately addressed all concerns that we had and brought everything to a more than satisfactory conclusion. What a rare and great asset she is to her company. On the second day we were in contact with Lori Anderson, she addressed our needs with genuine concern and compassion above and beyond what most people would do. Lori and Adelita are quite a professional team, and their company would be wise to retain this duo as long as it can. The next time we are in Kansas City-we will book this hotel again on account of the treatment we received from Lori and Adelita. We felt like we were right at home with a duo that had our best interests at heart.
