Very Quiet, could be updated, not all rooms have microwaves and pool was closed for season but was terribly hot outside. Whirlpool had plants growing out of it.

"Lack of compassion / customer service"

I’ve been staying Marriott hotels for over three decades (currently Gold Elite if that matters) and I’ve never had a hotel deny me checking out early. The front desk person and the manager (Tabitha) refused to allow me to check out early without fees. I had to leave early when my son injured his hip (which the front desk person said was “not her problem”) playing in a baseball tournament so I could get him to take care of it. I’m hoping this review encourages the hotel to change their approach to customer service.

I like the location I was at. Few attendants where nice. The good attendant she gave us a better room cause of our room the other attendant gave us . It would be better if they had better beds.

There where one attendant that was not nice at all when I arrived. The room had no microwave. The bed so very uncomfortable it had our backs hurting so bad, but did receive a better room for the rest of the stay. We didn't have access to the pool .

Very friendly and honest staff. Left a phone there and Bryant found it for us and held it until we came back through. Such a blessing. Hotel was clean and comfortable and in a great spot.

Great location to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was great. Cleanliness of our room was average. Not as spotless as we would like. Staff is friendly and professional.
