Front desk personnel were very helpful

Great bed!!!!

I expected clean rooms. Good plumbing. Upkept hallways. But for NOTHING. Bugs in the corner of rooms. McDonald’s kid in my bedding. Water flooding the rooms. And on top of that, no refound because they didn’t confirm the complaint from booking.

There is no refrigerator for the price and the blankets had some type of black stains on them on both beds the ice bucket had a crack in the bottom..

The lady at the front desk was okay when checking in. I didn’t get a receipt of any type of deposit or payment. Upon entering the elevator, we noticed it was not state certified, it was dirty and there was this smell to it. The same smell was up in the hallway. As we walked, the doors of the rooms, the carpets, the atmosphere seemed so dirty and run-down. Entering our room the ac wasn’t working, there was a smell, the floors were disgusting, the toilet was not cleaner (smears inside and out), there was a MCDONALDS LID in my bedding (which didn’t even look washed) and to top it off, water ran out of the bathroom after my shower. I was not satisfied with my stay. I did book through a third party (bookings.com) and I’m waiting for the hotels confirmation on that, hoping that Ms. Lucky at the front desk will hold onto her word. I will come back with an update if I get the refund! I also have pictures! I advise you to stay at the Doubletree by Hilton next door!

getting sick in my room as we speak getting out of here asap, 6 am no sleep cough runny nose idk what in the room causing it but the bed wasn’t clean

It was dirty everywhere are restroom had pee stains and when we tried to get room changed the lady had attitude and told us there wasant anymore rooms to switch too and that we could just leave if we didn’t want to stay there
