訂購前有詢問配套內容，但是和實際還是有出入，服務人員訓練不足所致，但是服務態度都蠻好的。入房發現傢俱和櫃子、貴妃椅都很老舊，沙發都有很長破掉紋路了，不是很敢坐。浴缸也都有破損痕跡、也不是很乾淨。枕頭不是那種澎鬆的軟枕，洗澡的浴巾也不是大條的，一般的住宿要求配件都沒有很完善。電視畫素很模糊、按鍵反應也很慢。優點是贈送的早餐很準時送達（前晚有菜單可以選擇下訂）
