Sheraton Arlington Hotel

I had a not to good experience with the bathroom and called Guest Services immediately they sent the Maintenance Manager, Chris Power, who analyzed the situation and asked them to move me to another room, Chris was really professional and helpful, thanks a lot for all the help you gave me . Eduardo.

The room was very nice, clean, and rennovated to standard. All of the double bed rooms are in the same room, to which I was not expecting, so if you think it in seperate rooms they will not be. so be careful of how you select the double beds with the difference of room dimensions. They are all the same. Without any privacy, overall I can say the one night I stay was good.

Staff was great and very friendly. Rooms need to be update and better cleaned. The hotel would benefit having another restaurant.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds. Easy parking. Loved being able to walk to the Rangers game.

The Starbucks crew was amazing! Memo and Keisha were my absolute favorites! They were so much fun and helped me get my venti double expresso just the way I liked it. I can’t wait to see them next trip! So glad they have a Starbucks here!

Was a quick overnight stay for a concert. I chose it because of its proximity to the venue. My only issue was that the room didn’t have a microwave. There was a refrigerator but no microwave. We had to go the laundry room 3 floors down to use 1 of 2 microwaves. It was a little inconvenient. Overall, the stay was ok.

Microwaves in room would be nice!
