"Excellent staff in all areas of the hotel"

Nice quiet room. nicely set. The Shul and breakfast was great. Staff were excellent as i received service at 6am.

the shower is not enclosed (otherwise it is a very good shower). No hair dryer.

המיקום מושלם מרחק הליכה לאלרוב שד' ממילא ולכותל הנוף מקומה 20 לעיר העתיקה מהמם שירות מעולה בקבלה ובחדר האוכל במיוחד ע"י עלי (ככל הנראה אחראי/מנהל חדר אוכל) שפינק בארוחת הערב ארוחות טעימות מגוונות ובשפע אנחנו מבקרים הרבה בירושלים נראה לי שנתארח בו לעיתים תכופות אלפיי תודות🙏🙏🙏

שהינו בקומה 20 חדר מס' 8(2008) השירותים/מקלחת קטנים וצפופים מאוד ממש "קופסת גפרורים" וללא אמבטיה לא היה פן לייבוש שיער בכל שאר בתי המלון שהתארחתי תמיד היה פן לייבוש שיער.
