"If you want a relaxing quiet comfortable place to stay that is golf oriented while visiting the Carmel-by-the-Sea or Mon"

While the location is away from town, it is a relaxing retreat that only takes minutes more to get to. Very peaceful, comfortable accommodations.

We only had breakfast there and it was pricey, but fast and well prepared.

"We had a very nice stay for four nights at The Quail."

Our family enjoyed the pool and the miniature golf experience as well as the lovely grounds,

We were not able to get adjoining rooms, even though they were requested several months in advance. Also, the hotel restaurant menus were not available in our rooms or at the front desk.

Beautiful location. I needed a stress break and the surroundings were great.

The toilet did not work when I checked in. I fell asleep with the TV on and at some point it turned off and then would not turn back on at all. I checked out early due to the disappointment with the facilities.
