Red Roof Inn Weedsport

Clean and comfortable, this inn serves its purpose. Quibbles: the shower gel barely dispensers from its container, and there is no lotion at all. The shower handle is very difficult to turn off and should be replaced or serviced. Some of the touches though, go beyond the economy class, such as big thirsty towels and a really comfortable bed. Still, the toilet tissue is bargain basement and the breakfast is nothing special with no protein or fruit. The proprietor Tom could be a little bit more welcoming.

Hotel was good. Large rooms close to the Erie Canal Bike Trail, so it was easy to store our bikes in the rooms with us and the clerk gave us all first floor rooms! Cooks Family Restaurant was a great dinner option and a short walk from the hotel. Breakfast lacked hot eggs & meats, but was OK & there are other options within easy walking distance.
