Renaissance Boca Raton Hotel

We only stayed for one night but this exceeded our expectations. Christina at the front desk was very helpful.

Friendly staff but housekeeping was non existent and there were no viable food options directly from the hotel. The air conditioner was extremely loud and we could hear every single person coming on and off the elevator. I got locked out of my room accidentally and in order to get a new key they had to cancel the other ones, so my husband could not get back in. Overall disappointing experience but the rates were great.

The staff was not friendly. The service help was loud in the hallway each day at 7:00am. Doors were constantly slamming in the hallway. The elevator was down. The restaurant took all the hotel parking and I had to park on the third floor of the parking ramp. For an older lady, it was difficult and scary, especially at night. The breakfast at the restaurant…I was the only guest at 8:30am…, was horrible. Simple questions to the front desk staff were met with blank stares.

Schoon hotel met een prachtig zwembad, wat overigens heel erg warm is. Kamers niet enorm groot. Met 2 kleine kinderen past het net, maar met 2 pubers gaat een standaardkamer echt niet meer passen. Dichtbij Fort Lauderdale en prima hotel om een wedstrijd te bezoeken van Inter Miami.

Het water van het zwembad was enorm warm. Een verkoelende duik was er dan ook niet bij. Ook vervelend dat er overal kunstgras ligt. Hierdoor verbrand je je voeten als je richting zwembad loopt. Slippers dus aan houden! Ook zijn er (blijkbaar) in het weekend vaak evenementen van het naast gelegen restaurant Meat Market. Waardoor er in ons geval een DJ extreem slechte muziek stond te draaien en het ineens erg druk was. Werd vooraf niet gecommuniceerd.

From start to finish our experience was excellent, we are from London and have been coming to Boca for over 25 years, we used to stay at a neighbouring hotel, but fancied a change and Joshua Lustig (hotel manager) and his team were excellent we just finished a two week vacation at the hotel and won’t hesitate to return.

Very confortable and friendly staff. Will recommend for a small family like mine.

Other than breakfast at the adjoining restaurant, the trip was very good.
