Trevlig personal, nära till stranden

De kamer was enorm groot, fijn balkon, fijne ruimte. Dichtbij het strand, ongeveer 2 minuten lopen. Het is een heel fijn hotel met heel lief personeel. Kregen er gratis ontbijt bij, echt super lief!

De badkamer was heel krap, de douche naast de wc is echt niet praktisch. Daarbij was het bed hard en voelde je veel veren

Un po' più di attenzione alla pulizia nelle aree comuni e nelle stanze

Miła i pomocna obsługa, Pani Nam to cudowna osoba na której wsparcie można było zawsze liczyć! Świetna lokalizacja bardzo blisko plaży i barów :)

Close to 7/11 and walking distance to shops and restaurants.

- The rooms were outdated - Not clean at all. The towels and bed sheets were stained. The complementary water bottles were already opened. There was dust everywhere. The curtains even got stains. The balcony was dirty and the chairs were poor. The sea view was not visible and the rooms were noisy. The bathroom didn t have a fan so the water would leak all over the bathroom. The bathroom had stains everywhere and the toilets were stained as well. And it had also bad odor. And when they came to clean the room they didn t do much at all. The room remained dirty.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très bien si vous voulez profiter des plages.

Les toilettes dans la douche qui sont vraiment pas pratique. Après malheureusement une mauvaise expérience pour l’organisation d’un transfert vers Koh Samui avec une heure d’arrivée promis et prévue quatre heures plus tard!!
