We have stayed here many times because La Paloma is such a comfortable resort. This past visit was for my son’s graduation. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating from the valet, to the house keeping, the restaurant and the pool service. However, there is one BIG shoutout I must give, it’s for Teddy in the bar. His Customer Service is by far the best I have seen, he remembers everyone and makes repeat guests feel like they are home. As I’ve said earlier, we have stayed here quite a few times and Teddy has remembered our family and knew the important dates. We even had new family join us this time and they thought Teddy was exceptional!! Just thought I’d let you know what a great employee you have representing your resort.

We really enjoyed the pool and the gym.

The lock on our door wasn’t working properly, there was no soap or shower gel in the bathroom and there was only one towel in the bathroom.

Our stay at La Paloma was very nice, our room was comfortable and well appointed. Our experience at the breakfast buffet was particularly pleasant. I ordered from the omelette station and the chef there was especially charming and even brought my omelette to our table when it was ready. I went back the next day and enjoyed the same service. The guys’ name was Angel R. He was witty and made good conversation. Thank you for a very pleasant two night stay.
