It took 3 reminders.to get the blinds in our room fixed. The gym is huge, but with very little equipment.

Had to pay for internet which I think is ridiculous with the rates they charge. Holiday Inn has free wifi

"Perfect Location"

This facility is the best location for US historical sites. Easily within walking distance. We had a great vacation. I recommend you sign up for the M Club. Simple snacks .morning and evening.

On two occasions the valet staff messed up. Nothing fatal, UT inconvenient.
