Quality Inn University Area

The staff was pleasant and did their best with a very bad situation.

The bathroom was terrible - the tub was painted over with some sort of treatment that was peeling off, the drain was so slow that the tub would fill 1/3rd full while showering, the shower itself was barely a stream and the water heater didn't keep up with the demand. The beds were extremely cheap and soft, as were the pillows, no support of any type in the mattress. The free Wi-Fi was a Hot Spot that went in and out and was slower than a dial up modem of the 80's.

The roaches I didn’t have hot water the first time then the roaches came out when you use the microwave I didn’t get a discount they move me to another shitty room cross the street he was rude no I should of got my money back I had my grandbaby and my disabled brother that can’t do nothing if the bug got on him it was almost alright into shit started crawling out on the window first but I thought cause it was night time it was outside never again I should get my money back period

The breakfast was decent.

The bathtub was not sealed to the wall properly. The inside of the tub was old and needed to be replaced or resurfaced. The pillows went flat as soon as I laid on them. The mattress was so uncomfortable.

Location due to the funeral.

When we entered the hallway to go to our room we immediately smelled mildew. Room smelled like it as well. Roaches in bathroom. Stains on the covers. Debris in the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Just absolutely dirty. Tub was disgusting. Slept in our clothes because we weren’t comfortable and could not go anywhere else due our late arrival and the funeral was the next day. Purpose of our trip. Breakfast was basic and unappetizing. Worst visit ever!!!!
