Tv remote didn’t work and staff fixed it. Hot water was in and out.

Everyone was very nice

Staff at front counter was friendly and helpful.

It was convenient. Staff was nice.

The hot water in our room did not work in the shower. The hot water was fine in the sink. We took cold showers for two days.

Walked in the room and light didn't work. Bathroom was filthy.Iron didn't work. Bed didn't look freshly made. Couldn't adjust the AC. Lobby eating space was dark. No elevator for second floor. Older people have to carry their luggage up the stairs. Would never stay here again.

The staff had kids running around (was definitely with her). The room was old, had torn, singed sheets. The bathroom floor look like it had not been cleaned in quite a while. The tub was horrible!! Horrible experience! The exterior door to the building that was supposed to be locked never did! It didn't even close well. Thank goodness our child graduated this year so there's no expectation of staying again!

Easy to get to and parking was breeze. Location was great - walking distance to a few shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was scheduled to be served at 6am and they had everything out earlier which was great!

No elevator. Hotel is being remolded. My shower need a grab bar for the shower and a shelf on the wall of the shower.

There was nothing to like about this place. Spend a little bit more and book a room with one of the hotels down the street.

The place was filthy. When we got to our first room, there was an ant infestation under the table and by the window. When we got our SECOND room, the ceiling appeared to have a leak and drops of water would drip every so often. DONT GO HERE!

Sort of simple, bare, plain and limited. But ok.

older unit, clients mainly construction workers. motel probably fits well here.
