"It was a lovely stay overall."

It was a beautiful location and a very nice clean room . Staff was helpful and friendly.

The ac in the room made a grinding noise that was a little loud and our iron did not work. They do hit you for some additional fees that considering the price seemed unnecessary. Parking was expensive.

Beautiful historic property near the beach.

There is only one small pool which is lovely but not ample enough for the amount of hotel guests. It would be nice to have an adult pool.

Hyatt double-billed for our room which we booked through Booking. com over a year ago. Have not resolved the problem after 2days. We had disappointing accommodations when we requested an ocean View, we were given a 3rd floor room overlooking a construction site. Additionally, the elevator was not working for the 3rd floor.

Location, location, location. Beach and specially restaurant was exceptinal super good food, pricy, but excellent food.

Room was so simple, need an extra chair.
