Very nice property.

Cost me for breakfast is too high. $25 dollars for breakfast. Should be free like other hotels in the area. Hyatt, Hampton and Hilton breakfast are free. Pay nightly for that hotels are cheaper than Marriott. I slept in that hotels in 2025 this year. Same kind of breakfast.

felt we got the worst room location. noisy hvac unit, poor lighting in our room especially the bathroom. noisy outside - 2nd floor near elevator and reception area. room has no character - bland, unimaginative. outrageous price charged considering what we got.

This Marriott is the worst I’ve ever stayed at in the US. I stayed here for years since it is close to my work. However, never without an issue. They don’t clean the room consistently. They skip cleaning without a notice. When you contact them to help they will say yes but never show up. The maintenance is poor. Poor water pressure, poor cleaning. The gym has the same broken machines for over 5 years. It only took 3 years to get the mats that disparaged replaced. The executive lounge has overcooked food, no matter how many time you explain the problem, they just can’t get this fix it. I would give it to zero if I could. Might be a time for someone to wake up and take this hotel more seriously

I finally made Ambassador and this hotel was my first stay. It looks nice fronm the outside, but looks are deceiving. The hotel is dated inside and old. The furniture is scratched and very used and the bed is lumpy and old. I am very surprised this has the Marriott name as with over 130 nights I know a good hotel. Vanessa at check in was great but that is where the quality stops. The buffet is terrible, very limited and just poor quality. I asked at 8 am if the room could be done by noon and I had to call back three times and almost beg them. They finally came at 230 PM. This had to be the worst Bonvoy stay ever. It obviously lacks good management.
