Guesthouse All you need - All rooms have an ocean view!

朝、目が覚めると眼前に広がる下田の海。フレンドリーなスタッフとホストファミリーの対応はとても素晴らしいものでした。 街にも散歩がてら歩くには程近く、地元のおいしい食べ物もいろいろとサジェスチョンしていただけるので、より下田に親近感がわいてきます。 他のゲストは海外からの方が多く、国内なのに国際色豊かな経験ができます。

Het personeel bij Guesthouse All you need is super vriendelijk en attent. Bij aankomst tipte ze ons dat er in de avond zeevonk zou zijn en waar we dit konden zien. We konden gratis fietsen en snorkels lenen waarbij het personeel ons vriendelijk mee hielpen. De locatie is ook geweldig. We hadden prachtig uitzicht op de baai en het dichtsbijzijnde kleinere strand was minder dan 5 minuten fietsen en het grotere surfstrand was ongeveer 10-15 minuten fietsen. Ook toen mijn vriend wilden gaan surfen hielp de eigenaar ons met kijken of de golven veilig waren voor een beginnende surfer en gaf ons tips over welk strand we het beste konde bezoeken. Al om al een top ervaring! We zijn niks te kort gekomen :)

Can not recommend this place enough - amazing location with sea view, the loveliest staff, great terrace and facilities and everyone I met there was incredible! Thank you, I’ll be back :)

Coolest place in Japan, lovely owners and staff

I loved the location of this property. So close to a lot of good beaches, but also very easy to reach Shimoda town for groceries and such. The staff was very kind and the bed was comfortable

My bed did not have a curtain on the window side and the blinds were not sufficient to keep the light out in the morning. This was a bit annoying as I often woke up quite early because of this. One day the staff was not very available. Wanted to take a bike in the morning, but no one was there and in the evening no one was around either which was a bit weird. But this was only one day of the 4 days I was there. The other days they were available to help!
