Nära till allt, bara att kliva ut genom dörren så hade man shopping och restauranger precis runt hörnet.

Mysigt och rymligt rum, vi tog standard med dubbelsäng.

Location was great rooms were super comfortable and breakfast was lovely.

Die zimmer zum Atrium sind sehr dunkel und man kann wirklich gar keine frische Luft ins Zimmer bekommen. Ich würde nächstes mal eher den Aufpreis für ein Zimmer nach Außen zahlen.

The hotel’s location is excellent, right next to the central station, where both trains and airport buses arrive, yet no noise can be heard in the rooms. Much of the city can be explored on foot or by tram, and the tram stop is directly in front of the hotel. Breakfast is excellent and varied, and on weekends it is served until 11:00 a.m., which is a great bonus. The reception staff varied, from wonderfully friendly ladies who advised us where to go and what to see, to a polite gentleman who seemed rather reluctant to check whether slippers were available for us. We booked a standard room and, upon arrival, asked for one that did not face the atrium and had natural daylight. They immediately accommodated our request. The rooms are attractive and spacious, as are the bathrooms. The corridors are particularly lovely, with soft carpeting and small lights above each room. The atrium, where breakfast and dinner are served, is beautifully designed, as is the bar, with its hanging light installations. Overall, the hotel is very stylish and beautifully decorated. The window can be opened, but you need to know how. :) Luggage is stored in a separate locked room, and each suitcase is individually tagged, so there is no confusion and the whole process is very quick.

The beds are too soft and consist of three layers: a base, a mattress, and a mattress topper. Unless you sleep completely still in one position, the layers gradually slide apart during the night, and at some point you may find yourself hanging off the bed with the topper. There were no slippers in the room, which is surprising for a four-star hotel. The shower gel dispenser was also not refilled during our four-day stay. There was shampoo, but in that case, either remove the empty shower gel dispenser or refill it. We asked for an early check-in when we arrived at the hotel, and we were charged €40 for it. Overall, the hotel was decent, but not quite up to four-star standards.

La struttura è centralissima, vicino alla piazza della stazione, ma in posizione tranquilla. L’edificio è rinnovato di recente. La camera era ampia e dotata di ogni comfort, pulita e silenziosa. Ottime anche le tende per il sole di mezzanotte. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, pur essendo nel weekend del midsommer.

La preparazione dello staff risulta migliorabile per un quattro stelle, difficile interagire con il personale per la pulizia della camere con qualche dimenticanza di troppo anche con il concierge.
