Frukosten var väldigt god, pluspoäng för era pannkakor. Rena och fina rum samt trevlig och tillmötesgående personal.

Vi var 3st i sällskapet och rummet var inte förberett när vi kom, fick ringa efter extra handdukar samt att extrasängen behövde bäddas.

Bra frukost

Vi hade bokat för 3 personer men det fanns bara handdukar för två. Bad om att få fler direkt efter incheckningen. Men när vi kom tillbaka till rummet hade vi fortfarande inte fått handdukarna. Så vi fick be om det igen. Ni löste det snabbt, men kanske hade varit bra om ni löste det första gången vi sa till. Annars är vi super näjda

We liked that it was central, near the bus station, trams and trains. In walking distance of an excellent shopping centre, restaurants and bars. The hotel was clean, well presented accessible to all. The bedrooms were roomy, comfortable and well furnished. Tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge was provided. A lovely touch. Bed was huge and really comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped, clean and met our needs. The breakfast in the mornings was very good, set us up for the day. The choice was huge everyone was catered for. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Really friendly.

The hotel front desk staff were friendly and kind. The food was well presented and tasted great.

The evening staff at the bar on 3 April 2026 were extremely unprofessional, rude, and discriminatory. Although each of us had only one drink, we were treated poorly. We reported the matter to the manager the next day, but later that evening we saw the same bartenders still working. I had selected the pay-at-the-hotel option when making my reservation, yet my card was charged approximately six hours before our arrival. I booked and paid for a family room for my husband, my daughter, and myself. Despite this, the hotel claimed that the payment covered only one guest and required me to pay an additional charge. They initially assigned me a single room for this reason. The amount charged to my card was for a family room, not a single room. I am still waiting for a refund and have not received it to this day.
