The Belamar Hotel Manhattan Beach, Tapestry by Hilton

I wanted to recognize the exceptional service provided by the valet employee, Ozzie during my stay at the belamar. From the moment I arrived, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They greeted guests with a positive attitude, handled vehicles carefully and efficiently, and made the entire arrival and departure experience smooth and stress-free.

Rogelio was a terrific valet who provided great service.

This is a beautiful little boutique hotel that is affordable but offers excellent customer service. You can be right in the heart of Manhattan Beach. This was my first time at the hotel so I had several questions and Jonathan was right there to answer everything I needed. The restaurant was great and appropriate to handle a business meeting. I really can’t say enough about all the staff who all made such an effort to accommodate every request. Can’t wait to go back. Thanks again Jonathan!

The Belamar was a beautiful and relaxing place to stay. The staff was super helpful and Jonathan was super quick to get us our car!

Convenient location, room was decorated nicely. Had a large porch.

Lobby was under construction, not mentioned when we booked. It would have been nice to have known that before booking. On top of paying for room they only had valet parking which is kind of annoying. You should get a spot with your room.

Stayed here for the week on business. The hotel was fine, nothing extravagant other than the valet experience. I had the pleasure of meeting, Sergio, Nathan, Jonathan, Ozzie and Ivan when returning and leaving with my car. Their dedication and professionalism was outstanding. Made it worth the stay.

Decent stay, decent food. Ozzie met me with my car at valet and he was excellent.
