"Booking.com needs to be better. The hotel is good, booking.com is not"

The hotel and location are unbeatable. There is a beautiful and short walk from the hotel down to the beach. It is our 2nd time at this hotel. We love staying here and will come back again.

Specifically, on booking.com and the booking.com app, it says you have to pay over $50 more if you want a toilet in the room. That is a lie and false advertising to upcharge. Every room has a bathroom and making it seem like you have to pay more to have an amenity it already comes with is intentionally deceiving.

"Affordable and surprisingly great location!"

Location was way better than I thought it would be. Was near a mall and super close to the walking trail that takes you right to the downtown shopping area and beach (about 1.5 mile walk).

Parking! Street parking is super hard and paying the hotel for valet (only option) was way too expensive. The restaurant on site was not that great, way better options off premises.
