La ubicación cercana al Teatro Massimo, y del centro. Se podía ir andando a los lugares de interés como catedral, centro, etc.

B&B ubicado en edificio antiguo. El alojamiento algo anticuado con necesidad de un mejor mantenimiento que no se refleja en las fotografías del mismo. Situado en barrio periférico cerca del centro, a poco minutos andando del Teatro Massimo, en una calle con bastante tráfico y ruido. Las habitaciones no están bien insonorizadas para el transito de la calle. El desayuno poco variado.
