Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Breakfast was a great start to the day!

Immediately noticed a clean and comforting atmosphere. I was offered help with my luggage at check in (Thank you again Ms. Shavers) Our stay was seamless and too short. Not too far from the airport and plenty shopping centers

I am a titanium elite Marriott Bonvoy Member, which means I travel quite extensively for work and for pleasure as well. I’ve always had customer service that were good when I stayed at Marriott however, when I came to this particular location, the experience I had was exceptional and above and beyond. I had to make an additional room reservation the next day of my total stay, and when I did my reservation and went to the front desk to get checked in with the clerk the desk, whose name is Ashlee Long was exceptional in her customer service to me. She was very helpful, professional, and went beyond and abovefor providing me the help that I needed. I highly recommend this location as it is beautiful as well as their staff being super friendly and helpful.

Outstanding Stay at the Jacksonville Marriott Our family had an excellent experience at the Marriott in Jacksonville. We arrived late at night, exhausted from traveling, and Hailey at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of and quickly secured a room for us. Her warmth and professionalism truly made a difference. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed, but Hailey’s exceptional service is what made the stay memorable. We’ll absolutely be returning.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I never stay anywhere else when I am in Jacksonville . The staff are friendly and they make it feel like home. Carrie at the front desk is amazing.

Great check in experience with Matt. The staff at the hotel bar is welcoming and the atmosphere is relaxed. Clean spacious rooms. Great value for business travel

Very nice place and clean the room was nice and comfortable and clean in the front desk was very polite. Even the maintenance guy was nice.Had a little problem with the refrigerator in the room, but they did take care wide away and there’s a lot of restaurant around near the hotel. I will recommend it.
