I dined this evening at the bar after a very stressful day of multiple flights and hours of travel. These ladies went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. What stood out most was how seamlessly Susan and Amy worked together as a team. Every detail was anticipated before we even had to ask: drinks were refreshed at just the right moment, courses were perfectly timed, and they took the time to offer thoughtful recommendations that elevated our entire dining experience. It never felt like routine service—it felt like genuine care. They were knowledgeable about the menu, gracious with every request, and clearly take real pride in what they do. In an era when exceptional customer service can feel increasingly rare, Susan and Amy are a reminder of what hospitality is supposed to be. They represent the very best of the Marriott brand, and the Jacksonville property is fortunate to have them on its team. Management should know what an asset these two are as they are the reason guests return.
