Super location, cozy and clean

Our neighbour must have been a heavy snorer cause you could hear hem a bit. Didn't affect our sleep though

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good, but Montecito had little going on compared to neighbouring Santa Barbara.

Room needed updating. Sink has a large crack in it, A/C filter in ceiling needed cleaning. Cabinet top was completely ruined and should have been replaced. Shower controls were very fiddly. Cost was similar to other Santa Barbara hotels we have stayed in, but the quality of this was significantly poorer.

Though the building is older, the room was super clean and comfortable, the pool was immaculate and perfect temperature, the place is charming, quiet and convenient. Alejandro was very polite, welcoming and extremely helpful and patient when we had trouble with our window shade.
