Extended Stay America Suites - Cincinnati - Blue Ash - Reagan Hwy

Little rundown, staff nice, helpful n courteous.

A bit run down… mattress was thin and no box spring so bed was hard. We had 3 guests and stayed 2 nights. Our room only came with 2 towels and they did not have any additional towels to give us. Weed and cigarette odors in lobby and hallways

The whole place reeked of cigarettes, the floors were disgusting, and dirty and duct tape literally held up baseboard trim and covered holes in the carpet. "Breakfast" was a joke, tiny little muffins, granola bars and coffee full of coffee grounds. The first night we were there, 2 cars got broken into. Thank god not ours.

The Hotel is too old , Window won't close , duck tape on the floor , rust in the bathroom , weird smell in the Holl way

The property is what it is - an extended stay domicile for folks on a tight budget that need a basic, clean, reasonably quiet pied a terre. The property was pretty clean and fairly quiet. It's dated, but everything works and nothing's broken or tatty. Our room was 2 queen beds in a slightly divided layout with a full kitchen and work/eating area. The kitchen had sufficient appliances and it was advertised that any utensils, pans, dishware were available if needed. Unfortunately, when only 2 forks were needed for a delivery salad the staff could only find 2 still lying, unwashed, in the sink of the property's galley. Any hope of pots, pans & dishes would have been a fool's errand. The property still has some useful life in it if the management would address only a few, relatively small, deficiencies. If you're planning to cook, bring your own stuff. The place is good enough that one shouldn't write it off.

The place is clean and comfortable but they overhead noise was unbearable I could hardly sleep
