房间卫生不好，枕头上有一股头油味，虽然枕套是换过的，但枕芯未清洁消毒，淋浴间的花洒很不好用，接近花洒的管子老化，稍一弯曲就不出水了，必须用手一直扶着，早餐极简单味道极差，体验感极差，不会再选择这家店！

Rooms were clean but very dated

Service was bad. The waitress/bartender at the lounge was non existent. We sat waiting for service for a while. We ended up leaving without getting a drink or food.

I like that upon check-in the receptionist noticed that we had booked a 1 bed 1 couch room but there was three of us so he upgraded us to a double queen bedroom. The view from the dining area is superb.

"I will stay at Kamloops Ramada any time I have to be in Kamloops. Our new favourite Kamloops Hotel!"

I really liked that you had plain yogurt and berries on the breakfast bar. Well done! Staff was very helpful. Rooms were very quiet despite being on a busy highway. Large rooms, very comfortable.
