The Peacock Inn, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Such a charming place! Very friendly staff. Comfortable room.

The bathroom was sizable, the shower was great, and the heated bathroom floor was cool. That's about it.

Staff was either overbearing or acting like they had just huffed something. The room was unbearably hot and uncomfortable even when we set the temp to 67. The walls were paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. The minibar ranged from mildly overpriced to insanely overpriced. Breakfast coffee was lukewarm (and so was the milk). There was only one trash can in the entire room. We were told the bar was open until 10:30 but when we came down at 9:30 the lady told us it was closed...then passive-aggressively went and got the bartender to make us a drink anyway. We didn't demand it -- she just did it. So like, that was cool, but also why bother if you're gonna be rude about it? Parking is obnoxious so you have to use a valet...who happened to be the nicest person to deal with other than the man who checked us in who was also good. These other reviews are waaay too generous - just stay at the Nassau. It's not great either but it's usually a fraction of the price, plus it's closer to Princeton and parking is still free. Oh yeah...and we couldn't find a "do not disturb" tag.

Wonderful stay! Beds were amazing. Easily walkable to the main area of town. I left some earrings and management was prompt with returning my call that the jewelry was found and being shipped to me.

This is an excellent hotel and very convenient when traveling to Houston

Refrigerator in room ran all night, noisy.. Step down into Bathroom unsafe. Bottle of Water in Room Had Mold growing in it. No Place to put things in Bathroom. Stayed in a lovely Hilton down the road next night for half the price and it was Perfect in all ways.

The Peacock Inn is the perfect location for exploring Princeton University and the surrounding area. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Cozy and cute property. Excellent service from the staff.

Loved being so close to Nassau Street, Richardson Auditorium, stores and restaurants. Also enjoyed walking in the area. Glad to have free parking. Lovely people!

Would have liked stronger wifi. Another wastebasket under the desk.
