Não costumo fazer avaliações negativas. Na maioria das vezes, quando tenho uma experiência ruim, simplesmente prefiro não avaliar. Mas, neste caso, sinto que preciso compartilhar o que aconteceu para que outras pessoas não passem pela mesma situação… pois foi deplorável! Infelizmente, não gostei de absolutamente nada da minha hospedagem. O hotel promove festa com DJ e caixas de som posicionadas em frente às janelas dos quartos, música ao vivo… e o barulho foi até aproximadamente 3h/4h da manhã, tornando impossível descansar. Além disso, o travesseiro era extremamente duro, o quarto não estava devidamente limpo e havia um forte cheiro de mofo e de cigarro.

O que mais me decepcionou foi o atendimento. Ao reclamar da situação, a resposta que recebi foi que nada poderia ser feito e que eu poderia deixar uma avaliação negativa, pois isso não faria diferença para eles. Foi, sem dúvida, uma das piores experiências de hospedagem que já tive. Infelizmente, não recomendo.

Good location

Great location! We stayed in the front with a view of Oceab driver / ocean view. Bathroom was pretty big size with double vanities! Big shower and had a bathtub. Room itself was also big more than enough space for luggage.

They did not have a scale that we could use for our luggage. Was very disappointed as to we have to repack our bags at the airport. We have traveled quite a bit and it’s the first time we experienced no scale. Staff barely spoke a word of English. Which in other countries all good but we were in the US so we expect to be able to speak and communicate. The front desk help staff where very relaxed did help with any issues we had (except for the scale did not even try and accommodate us).
