Hampton Inn Staunton

The Inn was easy to get to from the highway. Parking was fee and convenient. The front desk staff were very pleasant and welcoming. I had made two requests at the time I made the reservation and both were met upon checkin. The room is very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Rooms seemed a little older

Mid point in two day trip. Front desk, Kayla, super nice and helpful

Easter Sunday bfast seemed skimpy

The hotel was in a good location. A bit run down but ok. I was disappointed that they didn’t even offer me a bottle of water & I’m a diamond member. The biggest complaint was the walls were obviously thin as you could hear everything from the room next door.

Kinda far off the path

Terrific stopping place on our road trip with our dog to Gatlinburg TN. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the room was quiet with an outdoor area for pets easily accessible. Staunton, VA, “main street” area is a nice and walkable. Lots of restaurants.

Didn’t realize this hotel allowed dogs including large dogs.. A dog in a room down the hall kept barking and woke us up. We called downstairs and they said they would “look into it.” We complained to the front desk and asked for a refund. They said all they could do was give us a $25 shell gas station gift card.

Just all around great

The staff was very friendly and helpful. DQ and Michelle are helpful, considerate, friendly and great representatives of your hotel.
