Suburban Studios Brentwood - Nashville

There was no light in the bathroom, the faucet only worked to the right, microwave was nasty/rusted, water turned off without notice, exterior door had paint, told me to bring down dirty towel. paint in bathroom. This place overall was discussing. Krista Belin

Good ole trip back to the 70s. Room smelled like smoke. Ask to change rooms was told no because we checked the bed for bed bugs, rightfully so. Duct tape cover the top of a broken window in the room.

Nothing. It was dirty when we walked in, in unorganized . Initially was told they did not have the room I had booked 2 month prior, the attendant said they overbooked.. I again reiterated the fact that they didn’t have a room for us.. then he found one with 2 beds that was in the basement and had not yet been renevated.. not habitable

This hotel seemed like it was doing renovations. The floors in the hall were dirty and there were piles of painting and repair supplies in front of several doors down the hall. However, my room was clean and seemed freshly painted. Sheets and towels were clean. Small kitchenette was very nice. However, you need to bring pots & dishes to use it. Bring your own coffee pot if you like coffee (or microwave some instant). If you want ice in the morning, fill your ice tray. I could hear walking upstairs, but otherwise, I really liked the room at this price. Staff was very nice. The area seemed really safe and lots of eating & shopping nearby. 15 min drive up I65 to nashville. I definitely recommend if you want a clean room at cheap price.

The room was clean, but the rest of the facility was not so good. The hallway floors were full of dirt and trash.

The room was comfortable, clean and quiet, which was all I required. Beyond that, it was dated and pretty bare bones - no ice machine, no coffee, just the basics. It did have a full refrigerator, stove, and microwave, so if I'd brought things to cook with and a coffee maker, it would have been more convenient for a longer stay, but I was there for only two nights and don't normally travel with pots and pans.
