Beautiful apartment, quiet, clean and well located.

Except for a leaky coffee machine, there were no negatives. Just around the corner there was a nice pastry shop for breakfast and lunch with wonderful owners and service.

Great place to stay, feels like home but at the same time super cool and stylish. Wonderful host Claudio reserved a parking spot for us and shared his favourite places to see in Palermo. The apartment is beautifully furnished, bed sheets truly divine and the kitchen lacked nothing.

Nothing to change

We travelled back 130 years, to the house of a nineteenth century artist. Beautiful, a privilege and a pleasure 😊

The gracious host and his lovely daughter met us at the apartment and showed us everything. They helped with our luggage up the stairs. The apartment was dual level and was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed.

The lift wasn't working so carrying the luggage upstairs was a challenge. The hosts helped though.

Incredibly frriendly and helpful hosts. They navigate us, and took their car out of a free park so we could park... And the house is amazing, with spirit...

Everetyng was OK!

The house was beautiful and very handy for the historical centre but in a quieter area. It was classic, not ultramodern or clinical. It had lovely furnishings and things left around that made it feel homely and welcoming. There were little quirks which made it feel like a proper home. Claudio and Lorenzo (?) met us and showed us round the house and kept in touch by Whatsapp. The hosts left us some provisions as well which was handy for the first night.

Nothing really. Occasionally the downstairs toilet would start flushing for no reason! It's on a first/second floor with no lift so you need to be aware of that.

Wow wow wow! This is indeed a special place. The apartment is historic, owned by Onofrio Tomaselli (famous Palermo painter) and includes original frescoes he painted. It’s beautifully restored with some antique furniture, making it feel like you’re living a museum but with all the comforts of home. We are very light sleepers and it was dead silence, very private and very secure with 3 doors. I worked remote for a few days and loved being in the apartment, the big windows, high ceilings, a dream. Kitchen great, washing machine and outdoor clothes line very handy. The apartment is in Libertà area which is so nice- probably the fanciest part of Palermo with great dining and shopping, but not the tourists of the central area. And then Claudio the host tops it all off by being one of the warmest, friendliest people you’ll meet on your travels. He and his wife felt like family within minutes of meeting and will look after you well and welcome you to Palermo. We stayed a week and honestly I could have moved in and lived there!

There’s nothing I can fault at all!

We did a whirlwind tour of Sicily and a couple areas of the mainland. This was one of our favorite places to stay. The apartment was beautiful and clean with great amenities (especially the espresso machine!). The washing machine and air conditioners worked great. The location was probably our favorite part about this apartment. It was in a neighborhood so you are away from the tourists and get to feel what it might be like to live there but it is just a short walk to the Opera house and central part of the city. When we return to Palermo, we will stay here again.
