The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was genuinely friendly. Every team member made me feel welcome at all times, which is exactly what one expects from a fine hotel. I would especially like to extend a sincere thank-you to Akima, Corinne, and Cherylann for their professionalism and engaging conversation. Their dedication and positive attitude made my stay particularly enjoyable. The chef who cooked and prepared the food in the concierge lounge definitely needs a raise!
