De locatie is prima. De hotelkamer is goed. Het ontbijt is gevarieerd.

De kamer komt niet overeen met de foto op booking. Ze tonen een grotere kamer met een zitbank en extra leesstoel en dit kreeg je niet. Ook is de badkamer kleiner. Je kan de kamer ook niet volledig verduisteren.

Locatie en prijs / kwaliteit verhouding. Er zijn winkels en restaurants in directe omgeving. Openbaarvervoer naast het hotel Amsterdam op 20 minuten, centrum naast de deur en wandel gebied dus geen auto's.

cleanliness , everyday our room was cleaned and some good presents chocolate. thanks to the hotel who upgraded me to a pent house , it was very convinent with my 9 month old baby

Het ontbijt was heel goed en de afmeting en indeling van de kamer ook. Ook was de kamer heel schoon.

Toen we aankwamen om half 4 waren alle gordijnen helemaal dicht (niet fijn zo zonder uitzicht), toch was het 26,8 graden in de kamer, omdat de zon er vol op scheen, het was attent geweest als iemand de airco had aangezet. Maar de airco werkte amper en er was geen raam wat open kon, dus het bleef erg warm. Verder was de douchebak heel glad en was er geen plek om je spullen neer te zetten in de douche.
